We’ll cover how to use evidence-based breathing techniques to tap into 4 fundamental areas of respiration: breath foundations, stress, decision making and rest. The participants will learn the specific reactive and proactive tools to utilise throughout the day to feel more calm, to execute under pressure, to make better choices, to improve rest and much more. The participants will be lying down as I guide them through 3 science-backed techniques, which directly tap into the brain & body to help reduce stress, improve wellbeing and enhance daily performance.
